When you make your payment, it is automatically updated into our system. If your gate code was locked due to late payment then please allow time for the gate system to update. It does not update at the same time as the management system.
If your account is in Auction Status (35 or more days late) then your online payment platform has been suspended. You will need to come in to our office or call to make payment. Your gate code and payment platform will not be unlocked until the account is paid in full.
We collect from you only the personal information you voluntarily provide in order to deliver the best possible service. If you choose to process an online payment or reservation we ask you to provide us with information necessary to process your order including, but not limited to, name, physical address, telephone number, facsimile number, email address, company name, title credit card number, expiration date, and storage unit number.
We collect your email address so that we can send you information about your transaction and its status. The credit card information that is collected is used strictly for billing purposes.
Brownsville Mini-Warehouses does not sell or share information to unrelated third parties.
All refunds will be (rebated/prorated) according to signed contract. “Lease Contract/Contract and Agreement”
