reserve A Unit

 On this page you can reserve a unit to ensure that you are able to get the size (if available) that you prefer. Your reservation will hold the unit for you for up to 14 days from the date that you made the reservation. After that your reservation will be canceled.

There will be a 50% non-refundable deposit for a reservation that will be credited to your rent for the first month once the rental is completed. The reservation with deposit maximum time frame is 14 days.

 You will then need to come into our office or get in touch with us to finish the paperwork and finish the rental of the unit. If you are unable to come into our office before you need to access the unit then please call us. We can attempt to make an appointment to meet you during a time that our office is closed or we could possibly complete the process by email utilizing electronic signature. We are currently working on online rental.

We collect from you only the personal information you voluntarily provide in order to deliver the best possible service. If you choose to process an online payment or reservation we ask you to provide us with information necessary to process your order including, but not limited to, name, physical address, telephone number, facsimile number, email address, company name, title credit card number, expiration date, and storage unit number.

We collect your email address so that we can send you information about your transaction and its status. The credit card information that is collected is used strictly for billing purposes.

Brownsville Mini-Warehouses does not sell or share information to unrelated third parties. 

Brownsville Mini-Warehouses reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to change, modify, add or remove portions of this Online Privacy Policy at any time. Accordingly, Brownsville Mini-Warehouses recommends that you revisit this Online Privacy Policy from time to time to ensure that you are aware of the current privacy practices. Your continued use of the web site following any changes signifies your acceptance of these changes.

 The unit that you place in reserve status with us is removed from available status. Because of this the unit will be held for no more than 14 days.

Deposits are Non-Refundable.
